Welcome GnawBrew family and friends! We are excited to announce that we have set the dates and venue for our 2017 event. We will again be holding Gnawbrew Beer, Art and Music Festival at eXplore Brown County at Valley Branch Retreat on Friday and Saturday September 15th and 16th. Yes, you read that right. Our first ever Fall event!
We are really excited to announce that we have scheduled great Beer, Art and Music events for our VIP patrons on Friday before our large Saturday Main Event. These VIP Tickets are also a great option if you wish to get first pick of the campsites on top of having an awesome time. GnawBrew 2017 VIP PASS Information
Friday September 15th 2017 Gates open at 4pm
VIP Guests will be treated to an extra evening of beer, art, music and fun beginning at 4pm on Friday September 15th 2017 and the fun will carry on through checkout Sunday morning at noon. Friday’s events will begin around 6pm and last until shortly before Midnight. Your VIP Pass includes both days of beer, art, music, fun and primitive camping. On Saturday our VIP Guests will enjoy the Main Event all to themselves once VIP tasting begins at Noon, two full hours before the gates open to the general public. As always our VIP Guests will also receive a larger commemorative tasting cup good for the entire weekend of sampling.
The Beer Exchange -
Tables will be open when the gates open at 4pm.
This is a crowd backed tradition here at GnawBrew so if you wish to participate plan to bring a six pack or Growler of your favorite beer to be placed in our DesignWerks Beverage Coolers and they will be sampled by everyone else who has also brought libations. We will make sure to plant a few special beers in there for you all to try as well. (You know we love you.)
Beer Trading -
We will have an area set up for those of you who trade beer to meet up and do your deals. Make plans to meet your regional beer friends at GnawBrew VIP Night! Tables will also be open at 6pm.
The Gnaw-“Brews”
Beers that our staff brew will be available beginning at 6pm so be sure to stop by and sample our stuff. It's usually pretty alright.
Homebrew -
After their competition at 5pm Competitors will be serving their fresh beers beginning around 6pm on Friday night and will be competing for the coveted Crowd Favorite Award so be sure to try them all and cast your vote. If you know any homebrewers that would like to be involved have them contact us at [email protected] with the subject “HOMEBREW2017” and we’ll get them all the details.
VIP Guests will also be treated to the first pick of the primitive campsites and allowed to drive back and drop off items to set up their camp until 6pm Friday September 15th. After 6pm the shuttle will have to be utilized as no vehicle traffic will be permitted. VIP Guests will of course enjoy full benefits of the Saturday GnawBrew Beer, Art and Music Festival which is already included in their ticket price.

General Admission Guests will be treated to beer, art, music and fun beginning at 2pm on Saturday September 16th 2017 and the fun will carry on until checkout Sunday morning at noon. GnawBrew’s Music events will begin at 2pm Saturday September 16th 2017 and last until shortly before Midnight. Beer tasting begins at 2pm and ends at 7pm. Your Ticket includes beer, art, music, fun and primitive camping all included.
As always our GA Guests will receive a commemorative tasting cup good for the entire day of sampling.
The Beer -
We always pick our favorite professional Indiana Craft breweries to bring to you and this year will be no different in that aspect. We are currently on the hunt for the best of the best and the brightest rising stars. It’s truly a Craft Beer Renaissance we have happening in our backyards right now. We will have the final Brewery line up to you by early September but rest assured, you definitely don’t want to miss this year’s GnawBrew Beer, Art and Music Festival.
The Art -
Art and artists are the heart of Brown County, Indiana and at the core of what we are about here at GnawBrew. We will have for you a featured artist creating on site and also will have a crowd painting project for you to contribute to.

We have another great day of music planned for you with artists from all over the state.
We’ll announce the line-up once the General On-Sale begins on St. Patrick's Day but you can save a few dollars by ordering your GnawBrew tickets in advance beginning on Valentine's Day!!
